TEACHING · Teach all levels of jewelry / metalsmithing, from introductory through graduate level classes.
· Taught two and three-dimensional freshman foundations
· Sponsored multiple Undergraduate and Graduate Creative Arts Grants
· Mentored multiple Undergraduate Honors Fellows.
· Sponsor two visiting artists and two field trips per year, totalling over 75 of each.
· Mentored over 100 metals / jewelry students who have exhibited their work
 in over 80 juried national regional and local exhibitions.
· Every year between 12–25 metals pieces have been juried into the Ball State Juried
 Student Show, with an average of two awards per year.
· Served on, and chaired, over 35 Graduate Committees.
· Sponsored 3 students who received first place awards in the BSU Annual
 Student Research Symposium.
